What is Big Five?

The Big Five model (or OCEAN) is the most widely used framework in psychometrics to describe human personality. It measures five fundamental dimensions: openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. This model is extensively scientifically validated and forms the basis of many professional personality tests.
